HISTORY
Allendale was formed on November 8, 1894, from portions of Franklin Township (remainder now Wyckoff), Hohokus Township (remainder now Mahwah) and Orvil Township (remainder now Waldwick). The borough was formed during the "Boroughitis" phenomenon then sweeping through Bergen County, in which 26 boroughs were formed in the county in 1894 alone. The borough was named for Joseph Warner Allen, a surveyor for the Erie Railroad. Babe Ruth would frequently vacation at the Allendale Hotel, which remains in use as a rooming house.
Allendale is a mix of well-kept farmhouses and colonials, the borough of Allendale is a picture of quiet suburbia. This oasis in Bergen County blends a mixture of tree-lined neighborhoods and a bustling downtown to create a vibrant community. Located just 26 miles from New York City, Allendale features an award-winning school system, a nature preserve with over 240 bird species, a resident-only 71-acre Crestwood Lake park and a convenient NJ Transit train station just steps from the downtown.

My Approach
A high percentage of real estate agents today are simply door openers and transaction vehicles. Offering no real value or strategy when it comes to buying and selling real estate.
My philosophy is a complete 180 degree turn from that mind set. Striving to be a trusted advisor to every single one of my clients, I take a true consultative approach to serving you. Listening to your needs, goals, initiatives and devising a strategy that meets and/or exceeds your expectations.
