ABOUT CHRISTIAN

Christian Di Stasio is a New Jersey award winning and record breaking top 1% Realtor with Prominent Properties | Sotheby’s International Realty. He has over 28 years of real estate and executive leadership experience. Before starting his real estate business Christian held various sales leadership roles in the tech industry where he inspired, trained and managed 100’s of sales people. He built and managed a $457M line of business, developed new revenue territories and lines of business. 

In 2017 Christian left the tech industry, acquired his real estate license to pursue real estate investment full time. Not having any intention to work with buyers and sellers but to focus on buying and selling his own investments. Shortly into his new venture he was asked by his broker at the time if he would help and cover him by showing a first time buyer couple homes. Always being a team player Christian agreed. The buyers weren’t without their struggles within their purchase needs. A limitation in the towns they wanted, smaller than average downpayment and purchase price on top of having worked with two other Realtors without success previously. 

Christian has had the opportunity to work with Realtors across the state, US and internationally before becoming a Realtor as both a buyer and seller. One thing he knew from his past experience is that the majority of Realtors he’s worked with, didn’t provide any value outside of access to properties. That there was a small percentage of Realtors that took a true advisory role as a real estate professional. Christian decided then and there that if he was going to take these buyers on as clients, he was going to be the Realtor he always needed. He combined his business and real estate acumen and set out with the goal of discovering these buyers needs, gaps and goals and provide them with a strategy that covered their needs, filled those gaps and drove them successfully towards their goals. Once these goals were met, the transaction completed and seeing the smiles and joy on his new clients faces. Christian committed himself to becoming a full time Realtor and to be the Realtor to every client of his that he never had. To be relevant to every client and provide the highest class of service possible, take a consultive approach with his clients providing them with a transparent and processed approach that aligns their needs with their goals to ensure a successful and an easy real estate transaction every time. 

The culmination of applying his acumen, experience and client methodology has been the key factor in his rapid level of success. Christian was nominated for the Rising Star award his first year, achieves year over year Circle of Excellence Awards, has broken town record sales, is ranked in the 1.5% of Realtors nationwide and top 1% in NJ
